The Problem

Every angler knows the feeling. You check one website for river flows, another for tide predictions, a third for weather, and a fourth for barometric pressure. You compare numbers in your head, make a gut call, drive to the river — and discover conditions aren't what you expected. And somewhere in the back of your mind you're trying to remember: what was the flow last time you caught fish here? What did you write in that trip report? Was it a falling barometer or a rising one that turned them on? That knowledge lives in a notebook, a notes app, or just your memory — scattered, incomplete, and useless when you're standing in the parking lot trying to make the call.

The data exists. USGS publishes real-time stream gauges. NOAA tracks tides and buoy data. The National Weather Service measures conditions at thousands of stations. The Bureau of Reclamation monitors reservoir releases. All of it is public, authoritative, and free.

But it's scattered across five different federal agency websites, none of which were designed for anglers. FishON! Pro was built to fix that.

“I fish a lot of water that's not close by — and when you're choosing between spots that are each a two-hour drive, you want to know before you leave the house. FishON! Pro puts every signal in one place so you can make an informed call and spend your time fishing, not guessing.”

The Approach

FishON! Pro doesn't generate predictions from a black box. It aggregates actual, measured data from the same federal agencies that professional hydrologists and fisheries biologists rely on — then presents it in a way that makes sense for how anglers think.

Your fishing locations are organized the way you already think about them: River → Section → Location. Each spot is linked to the nearest gauges, weather stations, and tide stations. When you log a catch, FishON! Pro automatically captures a complete environmental snapshot — building a personal record of what conditions produce fish for you, at your spots.

Over time, the app learns your “golden conditions” and uses them to rank your locations every day. That's not AI hype — it's simple pattern matching against your own verified catch data.

What We Believe

Three principles that guide every decision we make.

Real Data

Federal agency sources, not proprietary predictions. Actual gauge readings, measured conditions, and authoritative weather data. You can verify every number we show you.

Your Private Journal

FishON! Pro is a personal fishing journal, not a social app. Everything you enter is visible only to you — no sharing, no social feed, no exposure. Your catches build personal intelligence that stays yours.

Works Everywhere

Offline-first design for the places that matter most. Download satellite maps, log catches without service, and let the app backfill conditions data when you're back in range. Note: NWS weather data is only available for the past 7 days — catches logged while offline for longer than that may not have weather conditions attached when the app reconnects.
